Keep practice consistent, but don't overwork yourself and be exhausted for several days ahead. You should feel a little tired the day after, not completely brainfucked. Treat it like going to the gym.

This is a me thing but fuck "fundies" grinding. Do that for like a week, then start drawing things you actually want to draw. It'll probably look like shit but keep doing it, put yourself out there and say "My goal is to draw a little better than last time".
Those little wooden mannequins they sell at Hobby Lobby are an awful abstraction of the human body, they're extremely stiff and the proportions are terrible even for construction. Just trace naked Japanese whores and anatomy text books until you start to figure out where things go, how it works.
Deadlines can help, even the very generous "one finished drawing a week" does a lot to get me off of my ass and start drawing.
