It's not even that they aren't qualified, it's that once they get inside an company their first order of business is to weasel their way into the hiring process and ensure that only other Indians get hired. They are absolutely fucking racist and only want to work with other Indians. Also, keep in mind that most of them that manage to make it over here are the ones who are at the top of their home country's backwards unethical caste system, meaning these "poor immigrants" probably have WAY more privilege than any white American ever has. That, and the fact that they're willing to work for less drives down the average quality of life for EVERYONE since employers no longer have to deal with people who will ask for better pay and more benefits. I've had so many interviews for tech positions where I get interviewed by Indians and it's always apparent from the moment it begins that they hate your fucking guts.
