Is it worth it? I am kinda tired of gaming behind a desk(not that i will stop) and i want to lounge on the sofa playing vidya. Is a PS5 worth it? I'm also DYING to play Death Stranding 2 and want to save up for GTA VI. Looking for advice or personal experience with the console. Note that i already have a gaming pc that covers my needs(rtx 3060 ryzen 5 5600G)

I just prefer couch gaming and yeah I love the PS5. Plays all PS4 games too. Dualsense is great and Death Stranding 2 utilizes all the controller features. I have a PC that I use if I need to for a game that doesn't have a console version but it's low end.

I wouldn't get a base PS5 unless you sit really far from the TV and don't mind (or don't notice) low image quality.

I have a steam deck and a ps5. I'd say if you really want to play console exclusive games then go for it. personally, I don't want to fork over half a thousand just to play something that's going to be on PC later down the road.

I got it recently, kinda had to decide between it and a Nintendo Switch 2 but it kinda won me over because of the games i never got to try (Also cause of Marvel Tokon)

with the money you have for a ps5 you could get a 9060xt. With the money you get from selling your 5600g and 3060 you can get a 5700x3d. Get a mini keyboard (Rii makes some good ones) and a long hdmi cable if you dont wanna move your PC
