The cashier could have said it to everyone in line, and 20 minutes could be because someone asked for something they didn't bring to the check out. Maybe they want something from the catalogue, and now an employee has to go get it.

Honestly all I really want from nintendo is a switch2 thats the size of a pocket console like the gb micro, and then it just downscales games heavily but they all work out the box. Then I would pay for games.
