Yeah, it’s like they tried to preserve the old style but ended up Frankensteining it. The faces have that stiff, plasticky look like they were generated by an AI that only saw DreamWorks movies, and the animations feel like they’re from an entirely different project. It’s not stylized, it’s just confused.

Do you like the first three games? if so then yes. MGS4 is a shitshow of a game but it is definitely fun to experience it. I have complicated feelings about it but as the years have passed I think I feel more positive ones than negative even though I find the story stupid
