each Cait Sith is technically its "own" self, likely based on Reeve's id(which is why #1 says he's his own thing and to remember him even though #2 is on their way)
he can co-opt their consciousness at any time, so not only did he divest gorillions of gil from Shinra, he did it and made his own special combat-capable fursona that he can send his mind into and live out his life as
I think he has to sort of "turn on" their personality though, because if he's actively controlling Cait and then suddenly has to do something in his real body, Cait will "hang" and just freeze on the spot
but as long as he's set them to auto he can also fuck his own walking talking fursona, or even selfcest his own fursona
