I'm playing the first one now and while it has a cool aesthetic and is fun as a samurai sim I don't really get the hype. It's literally just AssCreed but as a samurai it feels no different than any Ubisoft game and a friend tells me that if you assassinate vs fighting honoraburu it makes no difference in the story which feels like a really missed opportunity if true.
