Spamton represents advertising. He started with infomercials on TV, probably for a web service of some kind. Spamton became more and more unhinged due to the spammy nonsensical nature of early web advertising. TV viewership declined due to the growing popularity of the internet. Web pop-ups then started to die due to the prevalence of ad blockers and web 2.0 walled gardens moving away from pop-up ads.

After that he was on the phone talking all the time and became [BIG], his friends started leaving out of jealously. After becoming that famous and getting a room in Queen's mansion he got deals on TV with Tenna and he began copying his style. Tenna, afraid of losing the spotlight, asked about his secret but before Spamton could say anything schizoman left. He lost his tv gig and after a short while got kicked out of Queen's mansion. After that he began impersonating Swatch so he could get in the basement

I think I figured it out. The final piece of prophecy is Girl killing Kris.
Kris was depressed and suicidal after Dessapearance and his family breaking apart, that's why he got roped into this plan - "If you're going to die, at least die saving the worlds"
This explains why he is so uncomfortable around Noelle - she is his future killer, after all.
This explains Snowgrave - he is supposed to condition Noelle for his own murder.
This explains why Ralsei was hoping that Prophecy will change if they switch the Girl and make her kind.
