The actual reason is that the EU is outlawing pornograpy so Nexus has to get rid of mods that have swearing, nudity, etc. the ongoing theory is that the previous owner saw the EU mandate 3 years ago and knew it would lead to the downfall because Skyrim mods are the #1 reason to visit nexus, so he wanted to sell it
