it's not realistic at all. abby is fucking gigantic for a woman, because they modeled her after roided up women. muscle mass doesn't simply stop existing in 2 months. she would lose her fat first, and muscle would be burned up next. if the rattlers were straight up starving her, she'd just be dead. so she's being fed and given water. she'd be weaker, she'd be smaller, but she wouldn't be 94 pounds.
