>>714849878 (OP)I found RDR2 to be incredibly boring.
RDR2 is a movie game.
There are long and boring cutscenes.
Theare are in-game cutscenes where you're stuck walking for 30 minutes at a time, following some guy and being forced to hear him.
Even the gameplay itself is cinematic. The way your character moves, with that incredibly annoying "inertia", you can't run in camp or in houses, it takes 2 minutes to loot a cupboard, 30 seconds to loot one dead guy. There are so many animations and small annoying things that make the gameplay slow and very annoying.
Meanwhile, DS is a game with a lot of cinematics.
Like the first 3 hours, I think I played 30 minutes. And those cinematics are mocapped Hollywood actors, which I hate.
But when the game lets you play, the gameplay is fine. Sure you might find it boring, literally planning a route across devastated landscapes and carrying boxes, but it soothed my autism. But actually playing is responsive, while actually playing RDR2 is still a fucking bore.
