Its a lot easier when playing at 4k 240fps than it is the sub HD 30fps if you are lucky like the ps360 did. The framerate increase alone goes a long way for input sensitivity.

You could literally run this game in 8K on a $300 computer. It came out in 2008. The reason it looks so good is baked lighting and high-res textures. And even then, a lot of the textures are actually pretty bad if you put your face near them. But that's to be expected for a game that was meant to run at native 720p on console. It didn't look like this at launch.
