The same reason why traditionally masculine black men are appealing for many white women. Despite what liberal society teaches kids, women like when a man is in control. For the males brown women are usually traditional to some extent, at least way more traditional than white women.

No woman likes a true channer though most people are posting ironically here and not true incels. For actual virgins, half of the appeal is they don't know brown girls from close (while they probably had many bad experiences with white girls) so they can imagine them whatever. The other half is what they actually know about brown girls in general is indeed appealing to them. Like they are more likely to have traditional values or they are somewhat proactive for cultural reasons or they tend to look very attractive when young compared to the average white girl.
