Rather than that, I hope it lets Western devs know that it's OK to try and engage with JRPG mechanics without making a weeb game. Not that I have anything against weeb games, it's just weird that an entire genre of games is married to anime aesthetics. I think more variety is good.

It was pretty good for a modern game, but nothing too special.

It was good, one of the few AAA quality games worth playing in a while, but idk how you can play this and not feel like a chimp pressing L1 to audio queues for hours. Probably more tolerable on normal difficulty.
