because PC gaming is still relatively expensive and the hobbyists who can afford it are grown men with jobs. When I was a kid I had all the time in the world to play co-op games with my friends because we all had the same schedule. Now I have friends all over the country in different timezones and on different schedules and we're all late 20/early 30 year olds with obligations to work, family, etc.

The people who play coop don't hang around here. And those that do don't talk about it too much. Hell the most coop I've seen this board play lately is from Nightreign which has me surprised because so much of it is with randos which /v/ fucking hates.
