In case you're being serious: this is one of those brands like Wicked Weasel and, to an extent, Victoria's Secret before them. The Brand pays for hot girls to go out and do stuff in their attire. In the old days, it was an actual mail catalog. The actual business makes no money, but it's a serves as a sort of catalogue for high net worth types to discreetly browse. The company has select physical locations in LA (where that video was shot) and elsewhere where those HNW men or their agents can come in and arrange a "party" or other somesuch with the models, where rich men and attractive women can do whatever they do.
No one is actually "wearing something like that with no shame". They're advertising. It's a business. You saw this video and people with more money did, too, and they are looking up the brand (prominently displayed) and asking around. You might catch a woman unironically wearing something like this at a beach or something. That's incidental. But these chicks playing basketball in matching thongs isn't something anyone does.
