and use quality tags if they are available or upscale features. And use every negative prompt you need. make sure you are using the latest version of a model - like v14 for WAI-NSFW Illustrious. I tend to set steps to 30 to let it cook more with gens. A lot of free online hosted stuff comes with some built-in quality enhancing features that make it easier to get decent gens. Except for ones like the Perchance model everyone uses which has proportions and hands issues and probably require more specific kinds of negative prompts to fix them. For locally run models on your own machine, you have to be the one to tweak and adjust everything yourself in ComfyUI to improve every bit of quality assuming it doesn't match the quality enhancements that come with online hosted models.

Every image generation tool I use is hosted online on a website and it comes with premade settings and quality enhancements. Even Illustrious models.
