xenia if you're willing to accept a couple minor visual glitches. rpcs3 if you have a high end CPU.

Xenia is a buggy piece of shit. RPCS3 has worse performance but at least it's accurate. This game runs fairly well on it.

Also if you have a choice between the two, the 360 version is superior (higher render resolution, better AA)
