As a PCfag, what's the best way to play this in current year?

either not playing it, playing it in the distant future when you can emulate it properly, or playing it on something other than a pc

xenia if you're willing to accept a couple minor visual glitches. rpcs3 if you have a high end CPU.

Xenia is a buggy piece of shit. RPCS3 has worse performance but at least it's accurate. This game runs fairly well on it.

Bust out your 360 or ps3 and plug it into your oled monitor.

Also if you have a choice between the two, the 360 version is superior (higher render resolution, better AA)
