CEX just scammed me out of £500. They took my copy of Limited Edition Symphony Of The Night and Suikoden 1 and 2 and didn't pay me (bank transfer). Fucking cunts. Anyone else had a shitty experience with CEX?

I did, I went apeshit. The manager was shaking and I'm a manlet. He said "nothing we can do, you gotta use this automated customer support website of some company I never fucking itneracted with. They don't even have a phone line to contact. I sold my shit to them, and I now have to leave the store with nothing while they had my shit. I've sold shit on Ebay for 20 years and I've never felt more worried about being scammed than when interacting with CEX. Only went there cos I was desperate for cash and needed it asap.

I guess? The one time I've EVER interacted with CEX they forgot to include the fucking AC plug in the delivery package for the kinect I bought from them. At least they sent it eventually. Other than that I only resent them for replacing my local GAME (they all closed in australia).

Stop being such an angry lunatic. You want your money back? Calm down, write out a NORMAL email, saying you exchanged an item and haven't received payment with your receipt attached. You tried to get assistance from the local shop, but nobody was able to assist.

Take it to the store with proof, if they do nothing then escalate it. If escalating it does nothing, then escalate it further.
If that doesn't work then contact a lawyer or a debt collection agency.
