The biggest issue is the bad frametiming desu.
It was a stutterfest on release and it was a stutterfest when I tried it again 3 weeks ago.

Ok just turn it off if you cant afford an rtx card. SH2R is slow and a movie game, you literally dont need more than 24fps lol

Stutter is a lot more infrequent and basically only happens during area transitions. Game runs great when you aren't getting slammed by a .001% low

That game doesn't run fine. I was running the game at High/Ultra with RT enabled and despite getting an average of 75-80 fps, the stutters were horrendous. There are other UE5 titles that run well, and even this one could've, but it doesn't. Not to mention, you basically need DLSS or FSR4 to get rid of the shimmering, ghosting, smearing, etc.
