Skyrim kind of, though I think most of that is exaggerated based on Bethesda being generally awful. Still an amazing game, great replayability especially with mods but the criticisms aren't wrong; the writing and quests could have used a lot more work alongside the general lore downgrade compared to Oblivion and Morrowind, I understand what they were going for but in my view limiting the player based on their choices (such as not being able to lead every single faction or becoming arch-mage with a couple of spells at best) is completely fine and devs should stop being scared of it. Still though I think the hate Skyrim gets now compared to even five years ago is ridiculous. Also stop rereleasing it, that is gay and retarded.
