Ubisoft makes shitty, buggy, broken games but sometimes pumps out a gem like south park.
T2 interactive ruined rockstar and turned them into faggots and tried to destroy mods but pretty mid besides that.
The worst offender is activision blizzard because they have done every terrible anti-consumer practice and act on the checklist.
