My grandma bought me a Wii and I didn't want one

I was about 12 I think, and I didn't want seem to spoiled, so I didn't complain, but I couldn't really pretend to be excited about it

I was definitely in my "Wii is for gay babies" phase, I was playing Gears of War and CoD4 on Xbox 360.

I was just glad I eventually got a PC instead. Didn't see the appeal of COD or Gears of War, though in hindsight it would've been fun to experience online play for the Saints Row games.
I only got a PS3 later, played the LBP games and little else. Looking back, LBP games did not make much use of their physics despite all the emphasis they put on it.
Now I'm just a filthy PC user.

I had a Wii throughout elementary school and middle school, but by the time I hit 7th grade, I started wanting to play shooters which the Wii severely lacked. I did manage to find a bunch of obscure third party exclusives that held me over until I got a 360, and they were all kino.

I was a gamecube kid so no. Tbf when I did get to play the PS3 the whole graphically increase was probably marred because I was using still on composite cables for a good while. Didn't even know HD was a thing. Resolution isn't everything but no the differences are less pronounced.
