i want a game with in depth stealth-survival game over a large landscape where traversing the landscape is a task unto itself. i want it to have indepth character creation/customization and i want varied classes. it would have hack and slash combat mixed with third person shooter elements. takes place on a large island, lots of variability in how quests play out. short but worth replaying several times to see how different scenarios end up based on your decisions. i want there to be indepth physics/sandbox/simulation mechanics a la noita, so that there can be rubegoldbergesque reactions of environmental elements. and i want loads of weapon customization as well.

A game with 4D puzzles. You're the avatar of a god trying to escape the game world, you play both from the perspective of the avatar and the god in the higher dimension changing things in the past of the game world to escape.

I intend to get into game development in the near future, so it's on my bucket list. It's not going to be my first game because I don't want my dream game to turn out shit due to my inexperience.

nice! i really hope for the best for you. you could always try your hand at a prologue or test version of the cthulu-hamtaro game and then return to it when you have more skill under your belt. lots of movie directors have returned to concepts that they did early in their career but now with a life of experience. same goes for musicians and other game devs and any kind of artist really. i am excited for you!

my game is like an extreme baseball sandbox simulator that would cover several different styles of gameplay from more arcade like exhibitions modes, to ranked competitive play where each player plays a specific role, to 1v1 pennant race style matches, as well as allowing for a really in depth single player campaign modes if you want to think of them as such. with an emphasis on historical eras of baseball. so i could play a season franchise mode of a team from 1930 in old stadiums and good attention to detail in making it feel that old atmosphere. or you could do barnstorming style of play, or custom matches with player created teams stadiums or players. there would also be an aspect of the sim that you could have the engine simulate gameplay using the AI to stage a visual of old games. for example, the actual 1905 world series, you could "spectate" the game being played out accurate to how it actually happened.

i'm not even like a huge sports game person really, i just think the current state of them is kinda bad, it's really disorganized and obtuse. you can only play the mlb games if you have console, no PC support, you can only play the jap baseball game if you use a VPN etc or buy the console version, that leaves you stuck with super mega baseball which is limited in the scope of its online play, fun arcade style 1v1 game but its limited and the art style is kinda cringe, then there's stuff like out of the park which is a sort of text based stats simulator / baseball manager sim, but there isnt really a good, soulful, sandbox-like, all encompassing game that honors the sport itself rather than the the current mlb or npb leagues, but the ball games and stories that really happened since the 1800s. i don't know why, but i have this vision of an ultimate game, that plays as smoothly as the pro yakyuu spirits games, but has so much more to offer.
