Can't speak for everyone but personally I didn't like it because it tried to do too many things at once while none of them being what people wanted to see after S1 or alternatively things people did want to see were taken in a retarded direction and almost none of the things S1 laid the groundwork for had a satisfying conclusion. S1 ends with Jinx fully embracing her new identity and you'd think he'd take over Silco's role as the leader but with a much more chaotic and extreme approach, eventually leading to them rising up against the topsiders, but instead she just becomes a moping loser and immediately starts working together with Vi as if nothing happened. Then there's the Noxus storyline, the black rose shit, Victor becoming tech jesus and none of it tied to a satisfying conclusion unlike S1 which was extremely tight and had incredible character arcs.
