AA1 is an easy tutorial that makes sense to put there, the biggest escalation known to man, third case syndrome, ludokino and good extra case but that's a bit too long.

I hated Great Ace Attorney, both games. There's some decent parts but the overarching story sucks and most cases suck, Iris Wilson is a shit character, the way the final case is 'solved' sucks.
The only good parts are some of the music, the deduction scenes (which are trivial, but funny), the Watson twist (though it could be seen from a mile it was executed well) and Susato.

Not only him, but you go from a case about one dude killing a slut all the goddamn way to killing a major character, the villain trying to frame her sister and soon to be assistant, bringing up the DL-6 plot with Grossberg, Edgeworth, and on the second day Phoenix is the one on trial. Holy escalation batman, all of this in the second episode? All of this is endgame material, but there again, there is really only one case separating you from this and the endgame in question. RFTA is a bonus case.
