Yep. I think the Purifier, Slugger and now the Rail Gun are the weapons that went the longest amount of time with no changes and people only use them for variety. Even the Diablo 4 devs are more attentive to balance.

Everything in the Helldivers 2 can be earned. Even the premium warbonds that require super credits. Because you can grind super credits instead of paying for them. And the "battlepass" you speak of is just the Warbonds and they never go away. This game has no Fomo. Everything that was ever released is always there and able to be acquired without additional cost.

Its not random, its deliberate. Teleports you a certain distance forward. The entire point of the warbond is in the name. Control. Its risk vs reward. Do you have enough control over the dangerous shit to effectively make use of it without killing yourself

What is its job? It cant kill heavies like a Recoiless or a Quasar. So it should be more of a sustained firing weapon that can handle a scrap, like three medium armor bots, 1 tank and a half dead hulk coming right at you. It should be able to keep firing while your Quasar goober teammate is on cooldown. Except it sucks.

It doesn't have the ammo or the fire rate (and it takes too long to charge/hold aim on target) to waste bots before they just walk right up to you.

You use requisition to get the regular, non warbond stratagems. Then you use it to modify your primary weapons. At some point they'll introduce secondary and probably armor modification as well

I think a year and a few months was a good run for it, but I just don't care to play it anymore. The only thing that keeps it from being repetitive is the new weapons and items, but you have to a boring and unfun grind to get them (or you pay pig which is cancer). Super credits should be rewards for major orders or something at the very least. But it really needs new mission variety, like what if you had go down in the tunnels in a terminid hive? Or you had to board a illuminate mothership? Maybe HD3 they will do better.

Pretty much yeah, its literally just the same issue Darktide has and both are coop shooters too which is insane. Darktide also has a nice gameplay loop that benefits heavily from new weapons,grenades and literally any new type of addition to it but the actual content you have to do is just complete dogshit, they put ZERO effort in actually making other mission types and maps that actually feel different from one another besides just looking different, its genuinely so dissapointing

do medium difficulty and you get 50 per run, more if you get lucky with the 100 proc. spend medals on SC in free warbond and premium ones you already unlocked, plenty of ways to get them free
