Have you seen what happened there? Around the 3 there's 4 flowers:

- On on the top-right, on one the left, one beneath the 3 (that has a red cross on it) and one on the down-right.

The top-right and the left one was signaled with the flag.

4 FLOWERS/BOMBS, in a 9-cell that should contain 3 of them, not 4. Otherwise they should have written 4 and not 3.

Either the crossed-out mine or the red mine is a false mine that you flagged, the other of which is the mine you landed on, this is illustrated by the grey mine on the bottom row

The X'd out bomb is one you falsely flagged, there wasn't actually one there.

Also to OP's credit you can change the bombs to be flowers in the settings. This is Windows 7 minesweeper.
