You don't need to be a schizo to enjoy the game. The reason why it attracts schizoposting is because it's a bigger game, which means it (1) comes out in parts, so there's large gaps of time where people have to simply wait to get answers to questions, unlike in Undertale, where they get answered in a single sitting, and (2) Toby loves silly secrets and "deep lore" and Easter eggs and shit, which Undertale has, but it's a short game so Gaster carries the brunt of the load; Deltarune is not a short game, so there's like six characters worth speculating over.
