Yes, and that's exactly the idea. A normal game of Bomberman lasts 2 minutes or less, would you pay any amount of money at the arcade to play for less than 5 minutes with nothing involved? The length of the game is an important factor and has to be put into context. Konami doesn't want you to spend your whole life playing with a single “coin”, nor do you want to pay to spend 30 seconds at a machine and then have to get up. The game's length is well thought and enjoyable from an entertainment point of view

Cooperative games are what's popular right now. Just look at how successful mobas and games like Among Us, REPO and other COOP games are. Battle Royale is an exception, but even those involve a certain level of cooperation and a large number of players, something that arcades don't offer.

Just your personal opinion and not so aligned with the market. Free-for-All is just like any other Bomberman game and it's already proven how broad and profitable it is.
