It is extremely good, huge amount of build variety to make your own playstyle. Tries to market itself as proc gen but the reality is that procgen is quite mininal with set areas and guaranteed items within those same areas, along with many means to keep items if you die.

Friend of mine got this for the group on sale for three bucks, never heard of it before then. Pretty jank but we had a lot of fun with it. The game wasn't actually published on steam until 2024, but it is an old ass indie game. I was actually surprised to see it on Steam, just randomly stumbled upon it. I remember playing it in 2010 or 2011 and liking it very much back then. Can't tell if it holds up though, I am yet to replay it.

It's very good, I like the class designs and how different classes + items will end up interacting with one another.

We happen to be living in a good time for independent developers, possibly being able to deliver the same kinds of games that i liked in the early to mid 2000s, we're not quite there just yet however.
