Breakfast
0.5L of sweet tea, 3 sandwiches (6 pieces of bread) with different things like cream cheese, salami, patte. That alone was over 1k calories.
Lunch
Full sugar drink, full plate of garnier like fried potatoes or pasta, some mayo based sauce, fried meat. Over 1k calories.
Dinner
Something sweet, sweet are extremely big in calories, probably something around 1.5k or even more calories.
On top of that sugar drinks through the day and some snacks.
No need to eat all the time, just 3 times a day without controlling portions and snacks while sitting playing games to get 4k+ calories a day.
I'm getting weight on 2k calories a day right now, so that was at least twice my max possible intake. It's not hard to get fat.
