Jihl knew this would happen using the precognition he seems to show with Hanna in 3 and transferred some of his power to Kyle and Hanna during his re-conception, Hence why we see Kyle has the white highlights in his hair in the future.

As for predictions where that could go
Malt and Jihl meet again given Malt makes comments about how he still has a score to settle with someone during some of his intermission dialogue.
Hanna and Kyle die at some point protecting Jihl which lets him power-up to full, getting back what he leant them.
Jihl becomes the sacrificial lamb that sets the timeline back on the right course. Cut to Hanna giving birth to a Felineko son in the new timeline who gets some other name that starts with 'J'.

There is no way he planned to bring back Blutwurst since Fuga 1. Blutwurst was never used to tell a "human story" Blut was given zero lore to show any kind of struggle with his humanity. In fact he was utterly devoid of humanity. Fucking Flam had more humanity in that she at least admitted to killing Jins dad and wanted to turn herself in and showing some sympathy to Jin. Blutwurst just acted like an angry sperg for the 2 games he was in.

That guy is full of shit, and he only used Blutwurst because he either ran out of time to finish the game so he just fished out the only Game 1 enemy he had not reused for something and just called it a day.

I think fate would be kind of a lazy way to explain why they ended up being drawn to each other. Given what we know about Flam she lost her dad at 12, giving her a complex about losing people she cares about. So she clung on to Pretzel for the next 10 years while forming no attachments to anyone else. While Jin seems to have had a similar life in that he never formed attachments to anyone either. So when both lost their father and never had a mother mentioned they fell off the deep end. Jin made friends while he was still young enough to change while Flam never did. So when Jin decides to take her he matured a whole lot between losing his father, running the factory, and having friends to ground him. Which gave him the confidence needed to stand up to Flam when she lashed out at him, but in turn that made her drawn to him as he was like a male protector she was missing so she clung on to him by the time Fuga 2 ended. She cant show herself to be a little girl anymore but she does depend on Jin a ton. Even seeking him out after Fuga 3 to be her protector and provider and in exchange she will help him and stay by his side. Flam has a obvious codependency complex about her and you can see it in how she acts around Jin compared to everyone else. So I think Jin cooled her off by being a reliable, and assertive male presence in her life so she considers him as some kind of male figure to guide and lead her. Despite all her bravado and tough exterior she is deep down a scared little girl clinging to anyone who stays by her regardless of her lashing out. Jin never gave up on her so that is how he won her over. But Flam is too jaded by the world to be openly vulnerable but you can see it leak out in how she stands down when Jin pushes her buttons.

Calling it fate would just make all their already established history and traits totally pointless.

Fuga 1 is a pretty soulful game from a small team wanting to tell a story about war and suffering. if you have a Pc that is not a potato you can play the fuga 1 demo on steam.

The combat is pretty fun as there is no game currency and you need to barter with NPCs for items. fun cast of characters but you need the link events to flesh them out and you can watch the comedies of steel to have some fun innocent joy with them

Solatorobo handled it's schizo kino a lot better. You could explore the world in that game and experience how shit is going down, and when bad events happened it felt more impactful. In fuga 3 you just sorta in for the ride, going perpetually forward in the tank as events unfold, and obv the endings are a mixed bag whereas solatorobos ending is a lot more conclusive.
