There was only one thing I disliked about the game and it was that coming from T&T I expected it to have 5 cases as well. But I did enjoy it nevertheless, I actually didn't mind 4-3 as much as most people. Least favourite case was 4-2 for me but it still wasn't bad.

Honestly my problem with the game was that it had too much Phoenix and by the end it felt like he was completely upstaging Apollo. That and Gavin is probably one of the worst prosecutors in the series

My main problem with Hono phoenix was that he too cool
The tried to plant the seeds for it with stuff like the Gant case, but I can't see Phoenix having a 50 step master plan like this, he's gotten through most of his court cases by blatantly bluffing about things he doesn't actually know until he lands on the right note, not orchestrating a conspiracy
Also his relationship with Apollo was very poorly characterized and explored

I'd believe a bit more in Hobo Phoenix actually pulling a plan like this if he had channel Mia for some cooperation, but guy took Godot's criticism personally and stopped relying on Fey family. It's nice that he went from "pulling goofy bullshit at the last second" way of doing things to "jaded but planning things in advance to achieve the goal (like a typical prosecutor, I guess)" but I refuse to believe that he managed to achieve that all by himself - having another ex-attorney or ex-prosecutor as "co-conspirator" would make his change after timeskip look more believable.

Not a single act of hers can be justified (at least direct ones - you could say having Iris as her double provided positive result to Phoenix), she's more malicious than Engarde and more manipulative than Manfred \ Gant \ Kristoph. Her only issue is that she isn't that smart - send her to a court full of women and she'd get death sentence on the first day.
