I replayed the 2000s trilogy recently. Man Underworld was a piece of shit. Only good was the underwater parts which honestly felt cool even if very 1 dimensional and short.
I think Anniversery had the best gameplay and levels and also actual boss fights.
Legend was Ok but also felt a bit buggy and could have used more over the top, classic Tomb Raider. Most of the levels fetl a bit generic and tame and all the bosses sucked.

Really buggy with animation glitching out.
Combat is worse; doesn't really work that well and gets really repetitive later on with the zombies. kinda boring story that doesn't make much sense if you think about it (the norse myths are about thor stopping the great serpent, but later on it seems like the norse gods actually created and controlled the serpent machine, so why were earlier runes talking about odin telling thor to get ready to stop the serpent)
not very objective criticism but I felt like Germanic ruins don't fit well mixed with highly advanced ancient civilizations or the gigantic dimensions.
All the traps are slower and shorter so the jump and run aspect feels less exciting.
Zero real boss fights
I did like the motorbike, that was kinda fun but again level really didn't use it that well.
Also the end with the flying plattforms was cool as well, especially how you unlocked it slowly
