Like what correlation? Is it an issue comprehending text or just some kinda persecution complex or something? Why do they perceive every observation as a disagreement?

Yeah, lutris or simply add the game as a non-steam game and use proton to launch it. Simples!

Yes. Bottles or Lutris will create a little pseudo-windows folder structure that you can put games into (or install into) and run.

Even if Linux was a decent OS (which it isn't), it doesn't have a single good DE. When they post anything other than terminals it always looks like shit.

XFCE
Also with a WM like i3 you don't need one. Learn2vim and use the vim keybindings for everything.

it launches fine from terminal, which let me figure out the actual problem, I had "run with dedicated GPU" checked on the menu entry, which I think I needed at some other point when steam wasn't launching, but now the situation is reversed and turning it off lets steam launch correctly again
gaming is back on the menu

it used to run like shit with Nvidia cards due to drivers but even that's not the case anymore
Intel has been really good when it comes to Linux support, both in terms of cpu and gpu support

stop being a faggot
i was #1 windows shill but i cant even count how many times shit didnt work on windows and i had to tinker with stuff as well
except you dont really notice that because you are so used to tinkering in windows, because even when some shit requires tinkering you usually know what to do
the same becomes the case if you get used to using linux
there is no os where tinkering isnt required
at least linux is free and free from bloat

Last thread I complained how I had some weird flickering on Lies of P on Arch.

Turns out I had both RADV and AMDVLK drivers and for some reason LoP was defaulting to AMDVLK, which was causing the issue.
