Full Bladeguard squads in rhinos, min squads in razorbacks, min intercessors/hellblasters and a character in rhinos, or Incinerators or whatever. This gives rhinos and especially razorbacks a reason to be in the book and gives further distinction between tacticus and gravis armor. Land raiders still count them as one slot.

My experience has taught me otherwise - they are mid-tier players who seek to get the jump on n00bs but can't actually handle a skilled player, which is why a majority of them actually DO act before 10 mins. Usually sometime around 7 as that is the time it takes - under QS rules - for a mid tier player to amass a T3 army. Problem is a good player gets a T3 army in roughly 5 mins or less so when I see those infiltrating cultists attempt to sneak up on my i've got 3 landspeeders ready to jump into their pass for the drop pod assault to wreck their shit. To say nothing of the 3 min banshee rush.

Immortals have fairly mundane and rudimentary conciousness and are capable of speaking, often to limited degrees (Yes/No answers, pre-programmed statements, basic tactics)
