It's not that. I still play old games but I seek for something new. New games are not for me however. I just don't understand how people enjoy them, it's like everything about them is done in a way that it's unappealing to me. Take Doom for example. I like playing Doom, classic, brutal. But in nuDoom for some reason there is emphasis on jumping like a monkey, doing le ebin glory kills so pastel ammo can jump out of guts of monsters. I don't know why, it completely throws the gameplay off. Doom 2016 would be a really good game if I could just shoot shit on my own pace instead of doing some zany stuff. For that reason, despite liking Doom I won't play Eternal or newer one, I don't even remember how it's called.
