It's a bit stingy with stones which are drip feed through login bonus, events and tower, but if you go through most of the story quests, you can get a free pity easily
A 10 pull is 3000 stones.
Pity requires 60k stones

As long as you get Homura in your first Tutorial rolls, you can clear the majority of the content, dupes will help in the harder content but not strictly necessary
