Any game with "grey jedi" fundamentally doesn't understand Star Wars. The Dark Side is evil. You can't use it for good, period. If you try, it will corrupt you. You can't be both, and also, balance in the Force is the non-existence of Dark Side users. George Lucas was very clear on this.

I’m not a huge SW fan so I could be wrong, but AFAIK she’s irrelevant in-universe.

She makes valid points for the players and fans, but I’d be surprised if even in-universe knowledgeable guys like Palpatine or Yoda would’ve heard of her. Nothing she preaches is even remotely mentioned anywhere else.
