Oh, sweet, a new dungeon crawl-
>Algolemeth is an RPG where you control golem behavior through visual programming and conquer dungeons fully automatically.
Huh...

Problem with those is that when I try out something like Super Auto Pets, it kind of dawns on me that I'm just doing a draft in MTG but shittier. I already play MTG a lot.

I'm not a dungeon crawler kind of guy (And I'm not even sure if this counts as a dungeon crawler, since even the dungeon crawling is automatic and I don't think there's even any exploration involved?) but I *AM* a mustard indiechad, and with this and Hibernaculum both supposedly coming out soon, it seems like I'm gonna crawl through a lot of dungeons soon.

Unless they allow you to save your algorithm then it's going to be a chore. And even then it's going to be really slow.
>meet enemy 1
>use basic attack/heal
>meet enemy 2
>need specific strat, have to rebuild your commands
>meet enemy 3
>introduces new mechanic, needs another algo
>floor has 10 different enemies with different mechanics
I doubt they will allow to make an universal algo to handle all edge cases. And rebuilding your commands for every encounter seems like a massive time waste.

It looks like and would make sense that you can't change the algorithm in the dungeon. You program for all cases at once.

>And rebuilding your commands for every encounter seems like a massive time waste.
You can't. You can only create the algorithm at the start before you go to the dungeon.
