Communism only makes sense from the critics point of view. From the communist point of view it makes zero sense, since it changes completely with every iteration. Marx said Communism was a natural state that would follow the inevitable collapse of Capitalism. When that didn't happen, Lenin said Communism will be imposed by popular uprising, because naturally everyone would want it. When that didn't happen, and people actually cared about their countries and culture, Communism became about MAKING Capitalism collapse, and installing Communism via military coup, which is the only method that's ever worked.
Then it said homosexuality is bad, and then it said homosexuality is good, then it said Africans are a lesser people, then it said they are a noble people. They change on a dime as long as it serves their purpose of installing their broken system that nobody wants and doesn't work, and hence need total societal breakdown in order to have a chance of being imposed, via military coup as per usual. And meanwhile, just keep repeating the lie that it's in any way a functional, successful, or desirable system.
