She is fine for what she is (i.e., a tutuorial mode Lord to explain concepts to new plqyers). The plot in her campaign is basic, but is sufficient for what it is. She is out of in Eliwood's/Hector's campaign, but she is more of a "cameo" character for that campaign than anything else if that makes sense.
The worst lords are all of the self-insert MU characters. Story involvement is either a Gary/Mary Sue character or thinly veiled wish fulfillment, and gameplay wise they are all substantially more powerful than all other units and/or are master of all trades which doesn't mesh well with a game where you should (at least by design) have to balance pros and cons and make stratetgic decisons (oppose to auto including Literally Me with max stats).
