I was never exposed to this game as a child, but I was after ending up in this website, and I must say it's pretty good

I never played that particular Goemon game in the 90s, but I do remember my family renting this one either from Blockbuster or Hollywood Video

I was exposed to the SNES one. It kicked my ass as a child and I only finished it years later on an emulator with save states.

can't deny, was exposed to both this and the sequel. Never beat the first game since it was just a rental tho, should get back to it some day.

I played Goemon's Great Adventure first when I was a kid, and was a little disappointed by Mystical Ninja. It was still good, but the side scroller was one of the best games for the N64. And I'm here on this website too
