There's not much to say, it just didn't fit the game.
The minigame had Karryn be the active participant trying to coach dudes into working out better, and having sex with them, which ran counterintuitive to the rest of the game where Karryn is meant to be the one managing the prisoners from trying to harass her and being tempted.
Then the only gameplay purpose for it was that it boosted the stats of all the enemies you fight, which meant engaging with the minigame at all made prison management harder if riots happened.

Sinisistar 1 & 2. Feels like the only H-game that pulls off erotic horror without whatsoever holding back on the erotic nor cheapening the horror. It set a new high bar for me that I suspect won't be met anytime soon.
