Obviously not, Genshin had longer staying power mainly because it was an actual GAME and not some VN with autobattling bullshit, it was the only one of its kind back then before the clones came out, the omnipandering also helped, they attracted coomers with mona, fujos with diluc, femboy fags with venti and lolicons with qiqi and such, a bit of everything.
I really do not see Uma last that long once normalfags and streamers move on and its playerbase will stabilize, I see it as a trend like any other game blown up by streamers.

Touhou canon ages are in like the 500+ years old range.
Obviously it's not really fooling anyone, but it's not doing what blue archive is doing, which is to have:
1) a school setting full of students
2) 99% of said students explicitly being underaged
Also there's no single male self insert like in BA (no, Rinnosuke doesn't count and neither does Fortune Teller).

In touhou this results in the vast majority of dialogue and character interactions happening between the girls. There's other stuff for fans to chew on who aren't big on the whole lolicon aspect.
Hence touhou has a more welcoming setting, although this does mean LGBT+ is gonna check it out, which they do.
