The Pinky must have a higher Marine kill count than the Spider-Mastermind, especially if you account for UV+.
Even if you think of any meme map, there is probably a lot more with pinkies that have gotten a kill or two.

If there is one thing I have to credit Doom TDA for is that they made the pinkie a beast again instead of the fucking crustacean thing from D16 and Eternal.

Pinkie has more opportunities to farm players than mastermind does.

The mastermind sucks as an enemy though, even in a map where you see plenty of them, it is the chaingunner 3 miles back or the regular arachnotron that will get you.
The Cyberdemon on the other hand is a big ol fucko that can mess you up.
Mastermind is just Hans Grosse.

I really liked how nuDoom handled this and the arachnotron, too bad they were later nerfed but seeing them crawl around and become rape canons when buffed was pretty cool/ Rip that one Blood Swamps Arachnotron, taken from us too soon o7.
I do not know what is it with devs fixing what isn't broken.
Id making their games easier while Edmund McMillen keeps artificially making Isaac worse.

The larger issue is that Edmund not only would not fix the game by placing new special rooms to help specific characters or synergies but actually would remove helpful synergies and Repentance only made the item pool much more polluted. Then introduced more characters that absolutely need the first couple of Devil Room items or Angel Items but could get easily hit making runs rely more and more on initial RNG.

As for enemies, the only enemy that sucks considerable dick is Delirium.

It's open source and simple enough to make new content for.
It's also just a solidly-built game. I don't think any FPS of the era has ever matched the versatility provided by Doom's enemy roster. They may have more features, but they're lacking where it matters most.

unless this is literally your first time using 4chan, do i need to say anything else? but to be fair, a lot of what it does depends on your tolerance; it ranges from new weapons to new enemies to level changes to taunts to friendly marine NPCs to etc.
i play with the mod but i just set it to vanilla as possible so the only new thing is the gore, it's very satisfying.
