Anomaly is just applying two different elements at the same time to trigger disorder damage. It's easier than it sounds. You use Yuzuha with other two anomaly characters with different element (Vivian+Piper for example) and fill the little circles next to the enemy health bar with both of them.

keep the acc, you wont get more pulls since the old events are reward locked after expiration anyway so you get only like basic chromes + other rewards. If you didn't play just deal with it, average rerun is now 6 months with some agents having up to 10 months wait time like caesar
as per yuzucha, depends on your support. I can safely skip her since i have a lot of other supports and I don't need to buff my anomaly characters that hard. Miyabi just by herself outside miasma pries is so op that yuzuha only matters in pushing 60k+ score in deadly assault with her. They would need to introduce another ice resistant boss to fuck with her, because introducing any other normal bosses that she would struggle with would invalidate majority of teams

I cant comment on engine since i only got my own M3 Rina's engine because she was my first SSR anyway. Hellfire Gears would have helped Lycaon too, if you didnt have The Restrained. Its a good Stun generalist engine apparently. And Brimstone is also a good generalist Attack specialist engine. Beyond that meh.
