Yeah it kind of does. I really don't get why people seem to love it so much. Sure the whole terrorist faction is funny but gameplay wise the balance sucks and isn't that fun to play.

I actually liked generals ZH when I was into RTS, USA Laser and China Nukes were my favs. My biggest complaint is the low poly graphics, like, it looked bad even when it came out, and yet somehow Red Alert 3 got even worse.
I don't understand why or how it happened when Tiberium Wars and Kane's Wrath looked so good, they're from the same era more or less, RA3 actually came out like 2 years after C&C3.

The balance encourages the worst form of play.
This game is the ultimate turtling game with you very very easily being able to make infinite money as every faction .Path finding sucks and base defenses are to strong with you needing quite bunch of basic units to take them out head on so you almost always want to build ranged attacks. And all planes are shit, not just US Air. Considering again you have infinite money and that a plane will 99% of the time drop its payload regardless of how much defenses there are you can just build then infinitely.
Its no wonder I thought this game was great when I was a kid because all you'd do is build a huge base with your infinite cash and OP defenses and then just build a horde so brokenly large that it doesn't matter what it goes up against.
