From just looking at the character, I can't tell what this character is supposed to represent.
When I looked up who and what this character was supposed to be, apparently she was a ninja type character. Her design completely clashes with what you would expect from a class like a ninja. It's too loud and attention seeking vs "blending in" not being very noticable.
The red is what really makes it jarring. If you're a ninja who is supposed to use throwing knives, why would you even wear an outfit like this?
The outfit itself doesn't seem practical to someone who is supposed to be a ninja. The sunglasses makes even less sense.
The shoulder parts of the coat makes the choice of outfit look more like some awful artsy fashion show no one watches because no one is in some sort of bikini or black tape.
The entire thing makes absolutely no sense and don't even get me started on the color pallete choices.

none of the elements communicate anything about the character. let us compare it to another hero shooter design. Here it's plain that Reinhardt is a knight. Reinhardt's proportions also tip you off that he is massive, so he's probably a slow bruiser or tank. He has lion imagery and not skull imagery so he's probably a good guy.
Baz just looks like (s)he got a bunch of random shit from the good will to make the costume. Actually the same thing applies to every Concord character. The token white or latino or whatever guy with the shitty football pads is probably the worst.

I think contrasting these two designs highlights what I suspect sucks about the Concord design, chiefly that I have absolutly no fucking idea what I'm supposed to think about their character. The bitch on the left, everything about her, from her tits spilling out of her jacket, to the mask to the smug ass grim tells me exactly what I'm supposed to get: that she's probably a smarmy, confident tease, dripping with sex appeal and happy to leverage that to her benefit.

Meanwhile the thing on the right....I have no fucking clue. I don't know what have two different hair styles is supposed to mean, I don't know what the weird ass glasses, purple lips or space marine pauldrons tell me. It's a character concept that comes across as TV static, there's nothing there. Whereas with the titty monster I'd let step on me, I don't want to be friends with nor even be near this mess of a person. And all of that is before I even consider what real-world motivations went into creating them.

Nothing about the design communicates what this character is or does or plays like. Tell me how you even know what genre of game this character came from just from the design alone. This character looks like it maybe comes from a dance party game or something.

I've always maintained that Bazz was one of the better designs in Concord (not a high bar I know) other than the hair, which is justifiable to give the character a distinct silhouette.

She looks like a 45 year old trying to dress in fashion of 20 yos, let alone the idea of having such fashion dress in heavy battlefield is goofy in its own. Hard and chonky plate armor on knees while everything else is casual wear. Aesthetically it's kinda flat, think repeating the jacket color in the glasses makes the eyes bland. Should be green in contrast to the purple highlight in lips and collar. Kinda weird vibe overall, looks like a jedi knight with salmon red sewage system melted on her shoulders and drooping mickey mouse ears to top it off. It's goofy as shit while not particularly bold.
